Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will result in the session being credited toward a future appointment, but payments will not be refunded. Under no circumstances are discounted services, promotional treatments, or package purchases refundable. In the rare event that a verified medical issue arises directly related to a treatment performed at Wellure Body Sculpting, the client must provide appropriate medical documentation demonstrating the concern and timeline of the reaction. Any refund consideration will be at the sole discretion of the owner and may take up to 30 business days to process. Please note that temporary redness, tenderness, or bruising lasting 48–72 hours may occur following certain treatments and is considered a normal response.
