We reserve the rights to NOT issue any refunds Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within the allowed timeframe will result in the session being credited toward a future appointment, but payments will not be refunded. Under no circumstances are discounted services, promotional treatments, or package purchases refundable. In the rare event that a verified medical issue arises directly related to a treatment performed at Wellure Body Sculpting, the client must provide appropriate medical documentation demonstrating the concern and timeline of the reaction. Any refund consideration will be at the sole discretion of the owner and may take up to 30 business days to process. Please note that temporary redness, tenderness, or bruising lasting 48–72 hours may occur following certain treatments and is considered a normal response. Individual healing and reactions may vary depending on skin sensitivity and other personal factors, -We appreciate your business!

Any and all treatment packages purchased must be completed within 60 days of purchase, otherwise you will be subject to repurchase the package. This is to ensure clients not only receive accurate/consistent results, but to also be up-to-date with price changes, policies, and most importantly changes with session times, treatments etc. Wellure Body Sculpting does NOT charge a late fee however, in any case that a client is late for an appointment it will cut into their time, as all sessions are to be finished on time to respect on-time clients thereafter. If a client is a No-show or is not able to make their scheduled appointment, they are to inform the sculpting specialist immediately and will be able to re-schedule their session through the booking site.
